Chief Financial Officer (Director), Global Investment Bank, India
Total compensation: US$450-500k
The business trades a broad range of products including spot and forward FX, Government bonds, interest rate derivatives, exotic derivatives and structured products, as well as a variety of investment banking activities.
This position will head the finance function, however the main focus of the position is to play the key role in building and strengthening the current control environment and implementing Firm Best Practice and to ensure the complete and successful integration of the Indian Finance function within the Global / Regional Finance framework. In addition it is critical that the individual successfully drives and manages all strategic Global and Regional projects that impact India, ranging from front to back office initiatives. You will also be the main interface for the front office business and as such you should be a strategic thinker.
The Indian business is a very high growth entity and as such this role will not suit a business as usual finance professional. You will need to be a strategic thinker, have very strong project management skills as well as first class leadership qualities.
